Urban Gym 6-9 and 10+ (CO-ED)
Beginner Urban Gym introduces boys and girls to the fundamental skills, concepts, and body shapes of gymnastics. It also introduces Urban Gym (TM) curriculum to the kids, teaching them similar concepts from gymnastics in a non-traditional way.
Advanced Urban Gym
Our Advanced class is by invitation or evaluation only, and focuses on higher level progressions in Parkour, tricking, and free running.

"The Hangar," solely focuses on our growing Urban Gym and Tumbling programs with our warp wall, two story obstacle course, euro tramp with platform, spring floor, and climbing wall!
